1. Website purpose and scope

These Terms address use of the informational website at www.pathway-care.com operated by PathwayCare LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Please review them before using the website or submitting a business inquiry. They do not govern access to an operational platform, a pilot, or healthcare services; any such arrangement would require its own applicable agreement.

PathwayCare is developing a non-clinical coordination platform. An initial version has been built and is being refined and tested. The platform is not yet available for operational use. Descriptions of planned capabilities and prospective relationships are informational and may change. They do not establish a delivery commitment, partnership, customer relationship, certification, or performance guarantee. “Patent pending” does not mean that a patent has been granted.

2. No clinical or professional services

The website and Mia provide general business information only. They do not assess symptoms, recommend treatment, arrange care, or provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. Website use creates no clinician-patient relationship. Do not use these channels for patient referrals, time-sensitive care coordination, or emergencies. Seek appropriate professional assistance and contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

3. Mia and business communications

Mia is an automated assistant limited to approved public information. Automated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or unresponsive to your circumstances. Confirm material business information directly with PathwayCare before relying on it for a decision.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving an automated reply does not create a service agreement or authorize Mia to make commitments for PathwayCare. Review and response times are not guaranteed. Website and messaging features may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued, subject to applicable law.

4. Responsible use and submissions

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit patient information, PHI, other sensitive personal information, confidential material, or information you lack authority to share. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, or attempt to bypass security controls or access another visitor’s conversation.

You retain your rights in material you submit. PathwayCare processes submissions as described in the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not transfer ownership of your submissions to PathwayCare. Do not use these channels to submit material requiring a confidentiality agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and associated intellectual property belong to PathwayCare or their respective rights holders. You may access and use the website normally for its informational and business inquiry purposes. No other license to PathwayCare trademarks, technology, inventions, or proprietary materials is granted by these Terms. Rights and exceptions available under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PATHWAYCARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR AUTOMATED ANSWERS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PATHWAYCARE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE. THIS EXCLUSION DOES NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE EXCLUDED. 8. Changes and contact
